Mission to Mars

A person is attracted to space. He wants to figure out where it came from, if not from monkeys, and is there intelligent life on other worlds. And don’t always need to look prohibitively far away, if you planet “on all occasions”. Mars became the object of attention long before the exploration of space, and it is popular with filmmakers who want to make fiction.

But it was a fantastic part of the question this film will have problems. The Director was not able to find and catch the right rhythm and the right mood. The trouble is in the details. It begins with the earthly scenes where the astronauts rolled up a party on the occasion of the mission. Then the viewer is immediately thrown on the surface of Mars, where already carried out some work. Even really clear what they’re looking for. In movies about space and traveling through it is always interesting to watch the preparation. As the astronauts enter the ship, as the ship takes off, passes the atmosphere, overcomes a great distance, and were approaching their destination. Well and then — as scientists begin their work, take their first steps in uncharted territory, etc. Continue reading

History of Astronautics – 098

The history of the space a number of times when on the road to further human exploration of outer space rose up high and seemingly insurmountable barriers. In 1961 the transition to weightlessness caused in perfectly healthy astronaut a painful condition similar to motion sickness. In 1966, after a three-week flight on the satellite “Cosmos-110” slightly alive returned to Earth two dogs. In 1970 it became clear that the meeting with Earth after 18-day stay in weightlessness is very difficult for humans. So there was a barrier of reparations, and the possibility of longer flights required further justification. In 1978, after a three-month flight is in the blood of an astronaut found atypical forms of erythrocytes, which suggests the appearance of weightlessness in a new generation of abnormal formed elements. In recent years, in connection with the implementation of the 7-8 series record-month flight appeared ideas about qualitatively new changes in the condition of the body in the postflight period, although not everyone agrees specialists. The largest planet in the Solar system

Equatorial diameter of Jupiter 142600 km (11 times the diameter of the earth). The period of rotation of Jupiter is the shortest of all the planets – 9h. 50min. 30C. at the equator and

9h. 55min. 40C. in the mid-latitudes. Because of the rapid rotation of this planet has strong compression at the poles. The mass of Jupiter is equal to

318 the mass of the Earth. The rotation axis of Jupiter is almost perpendicular

to the plane of its orbit (inclination of 87 degrees). The visible surface of Jupiter is an upper level clouds surrounding the planet.

Due to this, Jupiter has a relatively high albedo(0.45 m),and the details on its surface are constantly changing their appearance. From sustainable parts known Great Red spot, observed more than 300 years.

It is a huge oval formation size 35000 km in longitude and in latitude 14000 km

between the southern tropical and southern temperate bands. Color it reddish, not subject to change. Continue reading
